Apache Runners Club (aka Boys Varsity Cross Country) finishes 7th in the Boys
Open Race @ the Nike Team Nationals in Oregon and in the top 20 nationally.
Andrew Pilavjian is the second American to cross the finish line in the Open Race
@ 16:51 and Sophomore Renaud Poizat is the tenth American @ 17:08 (Kenyans

Magic run for Boys Water Polo ends in CIF Quarter-Finals with loss to 3rd seeded Saddleback at PCC 11/14 - Apaches farther in the playoffs than in many years!!!

Senior Sam Gonzalez scored four goals and junior goalie Omar Jimenez made 14 saves for third-seeded visitor Saddleback (20-7) at Pasadena City College.

  Div VI Quarter-Finals we host Tuesday November 14th @ Pasadena City College
  @ 3:30 PM (CIF pool depth rules prevent us from hosting CIF matches with
  one end too shallow)

Girls Var Tennis wins first round CIF match against Murrieta Valley 11-7 Thur 11/9,
 but loses by same score 7-11 (lucky, then unlucky, oh well!) against Beverly Hills
 Sat 11/11 (honest all those 11's) to close out very fine League Championship season!!!

   fifth-seed Arcadia, who beat Burbank High, 13-10, in the opening round.  One thing is for sure, the Falcons can't afford to start
   against Arcadia like they did today.   'We want to come out focused and not be hesitant,' said (Coach)Sakanju, whose Falcons
   narrowly defeated Arcadia on Thursday, 15-13. "If we start like that against Arcadia they will have a four-goal lead."
